Booking and Cancellation class
Q : What do I need to do when I want to book the class?
A : After you login, you will be brought to your dashboard. The next class that you can book will show up. For the first time login, every student is required to take the pre-assessment. Click on “book” to book a class with a teacher. Choose a teacher and click on the teacher’s profile. Go to the teacher’s schedule and click on the day and the time slot that is convenient for you. Click on “Save” to book this time with the teacher.
Q : Can I rebook a class again if I had booked the class, and then canceled it?
A : To cancel your booked class, go to the column on the left-side of the page, and click on “my classes,” and select “upcoming classes.” To cancel a class, click on the red box that says “cancel this class.” Please enter the reason for your cancellation and the click on submit.
Q : Do I have to inform anyone in case that I want to cancel my booked class or I want to postpone my class until later?
A : Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation or postponement less than 24 hours, your booked class will be deducted from your account as we must compensate our teacher’s missed opportunity to teach other students. Approved sickness absences are not charged.
Q : How many classes can I book in advance?
A : Each student can book as many classes in advance as they'd like.
Q : What’s going to happen if I’m late for the class?
A : If a student is more than 10 minutes late for the class, we will class that case as “Class Cancelled”, a late session would be deducted from your account.
